With a re-branding effort building momentum and a key addition to its leadership team, Memphis-based Lennys Grill & Subs is growing.
"We are set on adding six new restaurants this year, 15 to 18 next year ... then doubling in the next five years," Martin said. "The Southeast — places like Knoxville, San Antonio, Orlando and Memphis — is likely where you'll see us grow."
In order to build the brand, Lennys leadership team recruited Jennifer Benjamin, who will be in charge of the company's franchising. Benjamin recently held similar roles at Captain D's and Huddle House.
Benjamin told the Memphis Business Journal she was drawn to Lennys because of its recent re-branding and she's confident the company is in a position to start growing quickly.
"It should be a fun upcoming couple of years," she said.
