The brand plans to open 10 restaurants in the target development market within the next five years.
Memphis-based brand Lennys Grill & Subs is looking to grow within Orlando, and is aiming to bring as many as 10 locations to the area within the next five years. According to VP of Marketing and Development Bob Ritter, 10 is just the beginning.
“The market can certainly handle 10 locations,” Ritter said in an interview with the Orlando Business Journal. “We have 32 locations in Memphis alone, and that’s a smaller market than Orlando.”
Lennys Grill & Subs currently has 12 locations in Florida, and with successful franchisees in the Tampa area, Ritter believes Orlando and Kissimmee would make ideal fits for expansion.
The brand traditionally develops within residential areas with a household income above $50,000. Build-out can range between 1,800 and 2,200 square feet and offers a model with a drive thru.
